FKA Twigs’s 2026 Grammys Dress Is By A Cult London Designer

For the occasion, twigs wore a custom nude, hand-draped, off-shoulder dress by the Welsh designer, naturally dyed using copper and accessorised with body jewellery by Slim Barrett. Finishing off the look, the singer carried a single red anthurium and a book, which she explained on the red carpet represented the “lore” of her 2025 album.
Twigs has long been a supporter of Carzana’s work, wearing an ethereal white creation by the designer for British Vogue’s Forces For Change dinner back in 2022. More recently, at the 2025 Fashion Awards, she opted for a sheer beige dress by the designer, teamed with towering platform heels.
The former British Vogue cover star is far from Paolo Carzana’s only A-list fan, with the likes of Zendaya and Michaela Coel also wearing his designs on the red carpet in recent years. On a night where Brits won big (with twigs, Olivia Dean, Lola Young and Cynthia Erivo all taking home awards), it was great to see one of Britain’s most exciting designers getting a moment in the spotlight, too.
