Happily, then, Clooney’s 2026 Golden Globes after-party look was a triple threat. For Netflix’s soirée at Beverly Hills restaurant Spago, the lawyer opted for an archival green sequin minidress from Versace’s spring/summer 2022 collection (which saw the likes of Dua Lipa, Naomi Campbell, Emily Ratajkowski walk the runway), featuring safety-pin fastenings along the waist and down the side of the skirt. It’s possible that Clooney may have bought the mini as part of a recent Sotheby’s auction, which saw the sale of various dresses from the Once Upon a Time runway show, curated by Carine Roitfeld for the 30th amfAR Gala at Cannes Film Festival back in 2024.
