In 2026, teasing your natural curls into a sleek, straight blow-dry is out. At least if you’re Nicole Kidman. The latest celeb to get the natural hair memo, Kidman was photographed at the airport wearing her curls loose with voluminous bangs – exactly as nature intended.
Catching a flight out of Sydney, the actress donned a chic alternative look, pairing her bouncy mane with a black, ribbed Chanel top, a leather bomber jacket, cream-coloured suit trousers and white trainers. Casual – but certainly not caught slipping – she waved at the paps with her matching Chanel bag slung over her shoulders.
The last hair transformation we saw from Kidman was at Vogue World: Hollywood, where she sauntered down the runway sporting glamorous, movie-star waves. Less Babygirl and more Far and Away, the star has since taken inspiration from her younger self, giving her signature honey-brown locks a moment to shine.
In an interview last year, Kidman revealed that she did indeed miss her natural hair, questioning why she even straightened it in the first place. “Do not follow in my steps and straighten your hair,” she warned. “I can do that to my hair still, but it needs to be kind of humid, and I need to use the right product.”
