Miley Cyrus Puts Her Spin On The Fiancée Manicure
On getting engaged, it’s typical to want a manicure that will perfectly show off your ring. The classic choice? Impeccably groomed and elongated nails, with a tinge of ballerina pink at the base which melts into a soft cloud white hue at the tip. Singer Miley Cyrus, though, has never been one for rigid rules – and we praise her for it.
Earlier this week, Cyrus’s engagement to her longtime boyfriend, musician Maxx Morando, became red-carpet official. Attending the Avatar: Fire and Ash premiere in Los Angeles together this week, the happy couple posed for the cameras, with Cyrus’s east-west bezel-set style diamond ring visible on her left ring finger.
While Cyrus favoured a midi pale blush pink mani with rounded edges for the public reveal, she switched things up before we had a chance to blink. Flitting around LA, she was spotted smiling, waving and signing autographs for fans while wearing an elegant pinned up-do with fluffy ends and sleek, straight side bangs. Nestled on her ring finger, was the bespoke 14k yellow gold band by designer Jacquie Aiche, set against her ultra-short, glossy manicure.
