Amal Clooney Brings Her Favourite Fishtail Silhouette To Milan

Arriving with George on her arm on Saturday evening, recent birthday girl Amal wore a ruched black gown with a sweetheart neckline and fishtail skirt that featured a gathered central slit and tiers of soft, sheer, floral-like ruffles, flowing into a short train. For accessories, Amal kept it simple: a smooth black resin clutch bag with gold detailing, long diamond and gold drop earrings, one gold bangle on her wrist and pointed black pumps. George, for his part, coordinated in a sleek dark navy suit and crisp white shirt, sans tie.

Glam was also her tried-and-true formula: Amal wore her caramel-highlighted brunette hair in a curled, voluminous blowout and bronzed makeup.
